Delicate and fruity, our Lychee Honey comes from bees foraging almost entirely on lychee blossom during its short flowering window — a true single-origin (monofloral) honey. Pale in colour with a light, floral sweetness and a faint hint of the fruit itself, it's one of the mildest honeys we carry.
Cold-extracted and never heated, so its natural aroma and enzymes stay intact. Being lighter in colour and higher in fructose, it stays liquid longer than darker honeys before it starts to naturally crystallise.
